The price without the coupon means the original price that would apply without the activation of the coupon. The price with the coupon is the price that applies in the case of an activated discount coupon on the website.

A factual error

In accordance with the ZVPot, the provider bears responsibility for material defects in the goods that become apparent within two years of the acceptance of the goods. In the case of a material defect, the consumer can report a product defect to the seller within two months of the discovery of the material defect (the seller is no longer responsible for defects that appear on the product after two years from receipt) by e-mail to: info @manjafurst.com, and at its own option requests the correction of the error or the refund of the amount paid in proportion to the error or the replacement of the goods or the refund of the amount paid. In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the product. If the error is not disputed, the company must comply with the consumer's claim as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days. If there is a dispute about the error, the company must give the consumer a written answer within the same period. A defect is material if the thing does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation; if the item does not have the properties required for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of; if the thing does not have the characteristics and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed; or if the seller has delivered a thing which does not correspond to the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown only for notice.

How is product suitability checked?

It is checked with another, faultless item of the same type, and at the same time with the manufacturer's statements or indications on the item itself. The buyer is obliged to take over the item that he handed over to the seller for consideration after the completion of the consideration. The buyer collects the item at the pick-up point where he personally handed it over to the seller, and if he sent it by post, it will be returned to him at the delivery address. The seller sends a notification to the buyer about the return of the item from consideration and invites him to pick up the item. The buyer is obliged to collect the article within 14 days from the date of notification. If the buyer does not collect the item within the stated period, the item is handed over to the seller for safekeeping at the address of his warehouse: Živa Hanžič, Koroška cesta 70, 2000 Maribor. The seller keeps the article in its own warehouse until the expiration of 6 months from the date of notification. For this period, the seller has the right to reimbursement of all storage costs (€1/day) and the right to reimbursement of all costs necessary to preserve the item. After 6 months from the date of notification, the seller can sell the item via the manjafurst.com online store and transfer the purchase price to the buyer after deducting the seller's sales and other expenses. In the event that the value of the item is insignificant, the seller may donate it to charity and in this case no refund is owed to the buyer. 15 days before the expiration of the 6-month retention period, the seller informs the buyer of the intended sale or donation of the item, as well as, after the sale, of the achieved price and amount of costs, and of the transfer of the remaining purchase price to the buyer's transaction account.

Return of goods

The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the articles unhindered until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the items to the extent necessary to determine the actual condition. In case of withdrawal from the contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount will be returned to the user's TRR or other means of payment, insofar as the user expressly requests this. When withdrawing from the contract, the gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and the amount is also returned to the user. Payments made will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment that the consumer used. The return of the received goods to the provider within the contract withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and your personal data together with the number of the personal bank account to which we return the money. If the goods/services do not work properly or do not work according to your expectations, please write to us via the contact form or send a message to info@manjafurst.com with which you will avoid possible incorrect use of the goods/services and damage to the goods themselves and possible damage to other things.

Withdrawal form

Unclaimed packages

If the buyer does not pick up the ordered items, which are sent with cash on delivery, and are returned to the provider's address after the waiting period of the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije has expired, this is NOT considered a withdrawal from the contract, since the latter is still validly concluded and it is a unilateral unannounced withdrawal from the contract by the buyer. If the buyer does not accept the package, this action causes financial damage to the company. We urge all potential buyers to check their financial situation before placing an order and, in case of inability to pay, not to order from the online store. According to the Code of Obligations, the buyer is obliged to take over the ordered package. In case of fraudulent orders, the IP address will be submitted for further processing as abuse. The customer can avoid the contractual penalty by redelivering increased by the costs of returning the shipment and new delivery. Payment must be made via pre-invoice within 3 working days. IMPORTANT: We will send you an invoice for the costs of the undelivered shipment, which you are obliged to pay within 8 days of issue. If the account is not settled, the resulting situation will be settled with a claim. The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a permanent medium, with detailed costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the items, if necessary and possible. The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form with the provider and can be accessed by the buyer upon his written request.

Obligation of responsibility

The provider makes every effort to ensure the up-to-dateness and correctness of the information published on its pages and in the store. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item.
