For orders in Slovenia, we offer free shipping for all orders over 40€, in the case of a lower purchase amount, a shipping fee of 1.99€ will be charged. By agreement, you can collect the order yourself - the collection point is located in Maribor, Slovenia.

For all European countries, we offer free shipping for all orders over 100€, in the case of a lower amount, a shipping fee of 8.99€ will be charged.

The order is expected to be shipped 1 to 3 working days after the order has been placed and the payment has been received. Delivery time (EU) is usually from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the customer's location.
Non-EU countries may charge tax and/or duty on your order - which is not included in the shipping cost.
The provider of the online store manjafurst.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, be sure to check your address before placing an order. We are also not responsible for package delays once your item has been shipped. International shipping may experience delays due to customs.

If the desired item is sold out, you can pre-order the desired item and we will contact you with an estimated production and delivery time.

RETURNS

To return purchased items, please email us at info@manjafurst.com with your invoice within 14 days of receiving your order and we will let you know how to proceed. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it. Items do not need to be returned in the same packaging, but you must ensure that the items are returned to us safe and undamaged. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If you are entitled to a refund, you will receive it on your transaction account within two weeks of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
